Sure did! I was 100% committed to changing my life and using my journey to inspire my collegues to do the same! I started working 1-2 hours at night after my kids went to bed.
Not right away. I did A LOT of research on TikTok, Pinterest, and You Tube to help me figure out what I was willing to pay for. The first thing I bought was a course to train beginners in Affiliate Marketing (It was less than $10).
WOW! These two things were non-negotiables when I started my journey:
1) A Mindshift- I had to start thinking like a entreprenuar and beleiving in myself. Imposter syndrome can creep in and really derail your progress. I had to constantly view my limitations as INVITATIONS to my new dream life!
2) Surround Yourself with the Right Community!- Sharing my journey with my friends and family right away was off the table for me. I wanted to stay 100% focused and committed and I didn't make "space" for any naysayers or doubters.
I became a member of many groups related to making money online and started following their journey. From there, I was on the hunt for the perfect mentor that was able to speak the same language as me and had been down the same road.
Ooooo...tough one. No, because all the time I spent researching, learning, making mistakes, looking for solutions, getting tech support, etc are the reasons I truly can teach it to someone else. I made all the rookie mistakes- which was good because now I knwo what to look for and how to help others avoid making the same mistake!
However, I would suggest following a different "timeline" than I did. There are certainly things that need attention in the beginning and many things that can wait. I was trying to launch too many things at the same time.
